VIA assesses suitable opportunities, helps strengthen their funding and investment readiness, and connects them with aligned donors, CSR partners, investors, development institutions and strategic partners.
Our focus is on practical, locally led initiatives with the potential to improve livelihoods, strengthen local economies and deliver measurable, sustainable social and economic impact.
How Projects Reach VIA
VIA does not impose projects on communities. Our project pipeline is built around opportunities identified and proposed by local organisations that understand the needs, challenges and opportunities within the communities they serve.
01 - Local Partner Proposal
Local organisations identify community needs and submit projects or opportunities to VIA for consideration.
02 - Screening & Due Diligence
VIA assesses potential opportunities for alignment, feasibility, governance, ESG considerations, implementation capacity, risks and potential impact.
03 - Opportunity Preparation
Suitable projects are strengthened and prepared for appropriate funding or investment pathways, including clearer objectives, budgets, governance arrangements and expected outcomes.
04 - Funding & Partner Matching
VIA helps connect suitable opportunities with aligned donors, CSR partners, investors, development institutions and other strategic or funding partners.
